it is a hot little 32 cal revolver round,,the smaller caliber allows 7-8 rounds in a small revolver instead of 5-6,,

Think Ruger (the gun company, not you) introduced that caliber in their SP101.

it is fairly new,,they just made the 32 H&R Magnum a little longer,,seems it shoots 115 gr bullets around 14-1500 fps from short barrels which would be about like a 9mm

I think it is 327 Federal Mag,,I almost bought Nicole one but went with the 38

It hit the market around the 2008/2009 time period, maybe a year or two earlier. Recall reading about it in a gun mag while I was playing in the sandbox in 2009.
