I was at Final Flight last weekend just wasting time and looking around.
Cruised by the ammo shelves to see what they carry when they aren't out of everything. \:D

I saw something I have never seen before in my life.
I have shot alot of different calibers and I used to read ALL the time and I learned something.

They make a .327 Magnum????

I first saw the sign and thought that was funny they put the wrong number on it and then I saw the box.

Sure enough, .327 Magnum.

Am I the only one that has never heard of this, much less seen it?

it is a hot little 32 cal revolver round,,the smaller caliber allows 7-8 rounds in a small revolver instead of 5-6,,

Think Ruger (the gun company, not you) introduced that caliber in their SP101.

it is fairly new,,they just made the 32 H&R Magnum a little longer,,seems it shoots 115 gr bullets around 14-1500 fps from short barrels which would be about like a 9mm

It hit the market around the 2008/2009 time period, maybe a year or two earlier. Recall reading about it in a gun mag while I was playing in the sandbox in 2009.

i've got one as a pocket pistol
but i wouldn't ever carry it as a primary weapon simply because even for my small hands its really hard to keep a good grip on it
