Allright guys. This is my first digital. Its the 3.0 model. I just simply can't afford those cams 3 to 400 dollars. I picked this stealth up on clearance for 100 dollars from 179 dollars.
Anyone else use this model to let me know how you like it and how long the battery life is with the 8 D batteries??And which kind of memory card do you recommend with this unit??

i know you can get a 1mb at walmart for like 15 or 20 and it works good in my kodak camera

They are good cams you just have to understand what their limitations are. These are good for feeders and licks. With about a 6 second trigger time, they won't work on trails. They take good pictures and have good flash and the battery life is very good. The Sandisk cards are very good. Buy either a 512mb or 1GB depending on how long you plan on leaving it in the field.

They will last several months on the batteries. I love this camara and have 3 of them. The slow trigger doesn't matter when they are hanging around the camera. Gives great pics and have had no problems with it... My new 2 are the WD-2 Stealth and are just as good.
