He was caught in an arc flash today at a food city installing a breaker. ...panel hot because food city does not allow power to be shut off. He is the most precautious out of any of our electrical foreman. It can happen to anyone. 2nd & 3rd burns. A lot of healing ahead but at least he is alive.

I was thinking the same thing. We have to wear EWP gear when doing that.
