I killed a bear in Canada back in May and left the meat with my friend who was also my guide. He was supposed to send me some down but the only thing I have received so far was a big jar of mincemeat. He says its good for pies and tarts. It looks disgusting.
Anybody have any clue on what to do with this stuff or is it best to just toss it in the trash?
I at least want to try to do something with it because i know he will ask.
