Dear Senator Corker,
I had recently sent you an e-mail about the gun control and received back a generic e-mail saying that you would e-mail me back in regards to my concerns on this matter. I have yet to hear anything back from you and would like to know what is going on with our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms.
I suggest that instead of taxing the people that have guns you should tax the Americans that choose not to have a gun. If more people had guns and were given the proper training, I feel it could save all of us money by reducing the need for more law enforcement. I am sure that if more people were to have there CCP it would lessen the amount of mass shootings, and this as Im sure you know can be backed up by the statistics of states that CCP are more readily available. When people die in a car crash we don't go after the car makers or the gas companies. Banning guns will not fix this problem and will only mean the people who are, honest, law abiding citizens will be without guns. Banning drugs is a prime example of this approach not being the answer to this, not to mention many more things that I could list to back up my line of thinking. Please use the power that you were granted by the people of this great State to protect our rights to your fullest legal power.

Good job getting engaged with one of your representatives. Senator Corker is solid on the 2nd Amenedment. I expect he will be helping to lead the fight against Senator Feinstein and VP Biden. You should send the same letter to your Congressman if you haven't done so already.
I think the people who really need to send letters are the people who live in Congressional District 5 in and around Nashville or Congressional District 9 in and around Memphis. Democrat Congressman Jim Cooper in District 5 and Democrat Congressman Steve Cohen in District 9 will be the ones who get the most pressure from Obama, Biden, Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats to support any gun control legislation that gets proposed in Congress.

He has responded to me each time i've contacted his office. Maybe he is just really busy right now and will get back to you shortly.
He is a very solid pro-gun guy.

Cohen is a shameless useless coward who crawls on his belly to appease his constituents. He hasn't an ounce of self respect. How anyone can vote for this thing dressed as a human is beyond me. He would sell his Mom to a prostitution ring for a single vote. These are the nice things I think about cohen. How he never got picked up with the rest of the Memphis trash is beyond me.
I wouldn't write him a letter until I see his freaking obituary.
