In the Squirrels Unlimited World Champion Squirrel Cook Off in Benton AR in Sept 2013.

How does it feel to have a future champion amongst your ranks?
BTW, I'm going to need some Squirrels -lots of squirrels to perfect my entry. Maybe some of ya'll can help me out with that?

I'll give you all the squirrels I kill (minus the tails) just depends how close you are and how practical it is to get them to you. Good luck!

Where abouts you located?
I'm in Memphis. I think we're probably going to do something with Squirrel hearts for the side dish, so keep a few of the hearts along with the carcasses.
So, at last year's competition, The Food Channel filmed content for a episode of Bizzarre Food. That is going to air this March and they are expecting a big publicity push as a result. They had 13,000 people in attendance last year and are expecting more this year with about 100 teams competing.
