Some of you recall I posted back in the fall that my wife walked in on this punk and another guy at our house. Well it seems this one just met his maker yesterday. Rot in he// you waste of space.

why was he loose and not in jail for b&e??????
this is what steams me , the guy should have been locked up. like the one that broke in to my house and tried to run over my dad during his escape and my dad was hauled in front of grand jury for the shooting/it was no billed but still was very bad for him and all of the family.dad could have been killed! the criminal had been early released for crack sales/possession .

We were summoned to his hearing- both of us took the whole day off, sat there for 5 hours and at the end of the day the DA came up to us and said he can't make bail and with his previous record PLUS the fact that he stole guns (felon in posession of a firearm) he was guaranteed at least 5 years.
My wife looked it up last night and somehow he made bail and never reported for the next hearing.
IMO the cops did their jobs perfectly, the judicial system failed us once again.

Sorry you had to go thru this.

There were 2 well known, low life thieves, and bullies near here. They had the reputation of burglarizing homes, and stealing everything they could get their hands on. I heard some of their victims burned them out, but didn't heed the warning. They crossed the wrong guy one day, and both scumbags got shot, only one survived. Live by the sword...

I got a friend who was couldnt have been raised any better. Great parents, he was good at sports, dang near 4.0 gpa and didnt want for anything growing up. Now hes a lowlife druggie who is putting his parents closer to there grave everyday with the heck hes putting them through.

also that man that got shot was probaly a good thing for the general public but he still has family that probaly has tried to help him get right and they are the ones that have to suffer.i know several great people that have sorry kids and like rem270 said they are thier on person and the family is the ones that suffer wondering what they could have done better.i wouldnt hesitate a bit shooting some piece of trash for breaking in on me and my family however im not sure how i would feel later knowing that i had taken a son,brother or father away from a family just because he was a idiot

and ive been on the border several times and watched mexicans come from mexico to the us with big bales of weed on thier backs while thier border patrol agent cousin watched them.i can guarantee u that most border patrol agents out west are just the offspring of the mexicans that crossed over years ago and had kids in the united states and this i know because i have been there several times and witnessed it.

Good parenting only gives the footprint. Choices are what define the person.
When someone dies a violent death, there is a difference in the mourning process. The death of an innocent victim is catastrophic to family and friends. The death of a known criminal is sad for family and friends, but they likely knew it was just a matter of time. I've know both types in my life.
Sounds like this guy was tempting fate. Fate welcomed him. The community is safer without him. Again, his choice.

It was his choice and he knew the consequences of those choices and accepted it. Could have been helped by his raising or may not have been. A person can be a great parent and still end up with a child gone down the wrong paths.
Regardless of any of that, rejoicing in the death of a person is wrong. Especially if there is a good chance that person died outside of Christ.
Because of that possibility, it should never make you happy.
When anyone dies and goes to hell, it breaks the heart of Jesus regardless of their choices or whose fault.
IF you lay claim to being a born again Christian and it does not break your heart as well, you may wish to take a long closer look into your heart and where it is at.
As born again believers, we are to be Christ like which means "as one".
That would place us in total agreement with Christ. IF Christ agreed and was one with the sentiments of most here, ALL of us would be going to hell without any choice because that IS what "we" deserve.
Again, he paid a price as a consequence of his sins, his choice. However, I cannot and will not rejoice and be happy with that choice knowing the possible outcome.
To enter Heaven, we must be forgiven and in order to be forgiven, we must ourselves forgive.
Hard,,,,,,VERY. A must,,,,,,,definitely.

I want to be clear in something that seems to get lost on quite a few people. If you've never had a tragic or life-changing personal experience in something, you have no idea how you'll react if it should happen. You might react as you think you would or should, but then again, you may not. If this dead criminal warrants your forgiveness, then forgive him. I have the feeling that there are a number of folks in that community that will have to wait for the pain and anger to subside.

I want to be clear in something that seems to get lost on quite a few people. If you've never had a tragic or life-changing personal experience in something, you have no idea how you'll react if it should happen. You might react as you think you would or should, but then again, you may not. If this dead criminal warrants your forgiveness, then forgive him. I have the feeling that there are a number of folks in that community that will have to wait for the pain and anger to subside.
Let me also be clear on something as to the fact you have no idea what I or anyone else has been through in our lives. The trials and tribulations in my life do not and will not ever define who I am in Christ period.
I do not agree with nor support what he did in living , but I will not celebrate his death or the possibility of another lost soul being won by Satan.
You can be hurt and angry and STILL remain in Christ.
Forgiveness may take time, but not being overjoyed at his death should be instant.
