My family of 4 (kids are 5 and 2) are planning on going to Chattanooga for roughly one week in March. I'd love recommendations on places to stay and eat.
As far as activities, we're planning on hitting the aquarium, choo choo, Lookout Mtn, and Children's Museum. What else should we plan on doing (with the understanding that the kids will be with us 100% of the time with no childcare)?
Thanks!

Sky Harbor on the side of lookout mtn. Outside not very appealing, inside is nice. Balcony overlooking the river. One cabin has hot tub on the balcony for when the kids go to bed.

If you like Brother Juniper's in Memphis, try Bluegrass Grill near the choo choo for breakfast. The cook there has some affiliation with the place in Memphis and the food is just as good IMO.

We LOVE that place - thanks for the recommendation. The best waffle I've ever eaten, hands down. We'll definitely try to swing by that place.

Walk across the Walnut Street bridge from the aquarium to the North Shore. There are shops, but especially Julie's Donuts. Awesome cake style donuts, made fresh each day. The Discovery Museum. The TN Valley Railroad Museum and ride a train.

Is the Discovery Museum the same thing as the children's museum that I've heard about?
My wife is making a list of spots to include. I'll make sure those are on it. The family (ESPECIALLY) my 5-yr-old son) loves donuts, so we'll definitely add Julie's to our list of breakfast spots.
