Yep, I'd take him for sure! What is his spread??
Just over 20" inside.
I had seen this buck and an older buck with a heavier, taller rack earlier in the week, but this one was by himself today.

No. Just doing a European, as I do all my deer. I wont mount one unless I kill a big one. he is probably by 4th or 5th best buck so far.

He was feeding thru a grown up field. LOL! On 12-31 I seen him and another buck checking some does, from afar thru my binoculars. But I wasn't hunting that day.

He had a belly full of , what looked to be , red oak acorns and a lot of greens as well. He was still fat, to be so late in the year.

20 inches is exceptional. IF there's one with a bigger rack still out there, I bet you had a hard time staying out of the woods the past few days.
