Oh yea, I remember when Ruger wore pink!!!!
I remember that. I took his picture at LBL campout and as I was showing my mother the pictures from my trip she asked me, why is that guy wearing pink?

Gone are the days of the doe bashing, pink tutus, stories of crapping on their bow, shooting chickens at 221 yards with a high powered, honking Bobo, etc. We use to have fund raisers of all sorts...we'd donate robo deer to TWRA, donate to needy families, etc. Then one person put an end to all that for us. To this day I still don't have much good to say about them. Was glad to see them go....but sure do miss the others.
I remember all that. I always wondered why we don't do those funderaisers and what happened.
One other thing I do remember was Ruger's "go piss up a rope" posts. It seems he made about 20,000 to 30,000 of those things. No wonder his post count got so high.

I got a pretty good idea who Crow is talking about but not totally sure.
We bought 2 robodeer for TWRA and then everyone kinda just quit wanting to do much after that. I wanted to raise enough to get them a turkey but it never got off the ground for whatever reason.
We still do fundraisers and help needy people on occasion though. Ya'll just bought a young man a beautiful rifle and scope just a couple weeks ago.

Fubar would make you pee your pants with his stories. If I knew his name I would try to find him.
Crow, trust me, you would get more than Deer Dawg upset. As I said, most of us mature with age !!!!
