is it against the law to shoot an air rifle in the city Limits?
If the answer is no, What about .22 CB low velocity shells?
into a safe back stop?
CB .22 shoot 710 FPS most air rifles shoot well above that some reaching twice that speed.
Just wondering, not that I have ever done anything like that before...

TWRA has no regulations that deal with your question.
There may be city/county regulations.
