I have a few openings on our Rhea County lease 2013 season. Its located 5 minutes from down town Dayton, aprox 780 acres. Weve had this property 4 years, ladder stands and enclosed box stands. All big timber, lots of turkey and deer. Ill post up some trail cam pics from this season later.
$500 a year half due 1 March the rest due 1 April. Pm me with any questions.

12 hunters, as far as rules the only thing that is set in stone would be that if you have a kid under 18 they can hunt with parent. All the members will meet in April and nail down as a group, limits & restrictions. Normally 2 buck limit, encourage that members only kill 1 small buck, we have a few openings but we are looking to get a pool of names, meet, talk with interested folks and show the property.
1 9pt, 3 8 pts, 1 7 pt, 1 6 pt, 1 spike and several doe killed this season. Similar size and number of deer killed past seasons.

Not sure if this link will work but......its the shaded timber area between 303 hwy and 27 hwy estimated around 1/2 mile wide and a little over 3 miles long
