Got this from another forum I'm on:
When you fill out the form, it automatically sends what you post to the right people, and you have the option of receiving a weekly email telling you exactly how your representatives are voting.

Thanks Grizz..I am still waiting reply's from my Reps I emailed last week. I have nothing good to say to Barack Hussein Obama, so I don't say anything at all.

I sent my messages, I didn't use that format. I didn't see the need in emailing Obama as I have nothing to say to him.
I went to my representatives sites and did it there.
