I bought an ALG for mine. I have a remmington R15. HUGE improvement. The new one is very smooth and has less travel.

Rockhound. I have a standard psa mil spec. Too much creep grit feel. I ordered a kit off tngunowners for $13 that takes all the creep out. I havent installed it yet but everyone talks highly of them. Ill probably put jp springs and bring the trigger to around 3.5lbs with clean break for around $20.
Ill post my results. It will be a couple weeks.
