Can I bait and hunt over it to kill coyotes on my farm? I have like 1 rabbit on a couple hundred acres.

You are going to have more critters on your property than you think that coyotes will feed on. rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, mice,rats, groundhogs, etc.
Me personally, have never seen anyone bait for coyote (legal or not) and be successful with it.

It would be a citable offense. I doubt the rabbit issue would carry much weight.
There are far more effective methods of coyote control than shooting them over bait.

What if you shot one from your tree stand that was coming in to where you killed and gutted a deer the day before?
