Did you have your orange on?? it might have spooked the dog and cause a rushed shot!!!
Yes sir, both of us did. Hat and vest both. Set up back in a fence row packed with honeysuckle for cover just because we had to have it on.
that absolutely sucks!! if im not mistaken ,if you would have carried a shotgun or rimfire you wouldn't be required to wear orange??? wish we could get that changed
Yep I can't STAND the fact that once deer season starts all law abiding predator hunters are punished because of what a few poachers MIGHT. do. 3 a day limit and any center fire rifle is legal but heaven forbid you step into the woods with anything other than a bow or muzzle loader during those seasons!!! Yes that rule sucks I agree. Oh well.
