I've had the roasted marrow from a beef bone, ever have venison marrow? Or do you think the bones are too small to slice length wise?

I did roasted venison bones at a party a couple of months ago. -saws the femur into half inch slices, hit then wirh a but of olive oil, roasted at 450 for 20 minutes, sprinkled with sea salt, and served Popsicle sticks for scooping and eating. -tasted great and folks were sucking then clean like a straw.
It is a lot if work to saw the bones up. If you have a band saw, that's the time to use it.
