Listening to the rain on the tin roof as I plan my hunt for the morning. Should be good, maybe a little windy, bbut this late in the season ya gotta get out there. Time is about up on what I enjoy so much and wait nine months a year for.
Should I pour that glass of scotch or hold off?

That's a tough one. No really good answer. Pour half a glass of Scotch is the best I can come up with.

I hunted this morning and got one.
I will go at it again in the morning.
The end is near and I still need more meat in the freezer.

Good idea BB.......If I fill the glass up with ice first I will have the illusion of a full glass and still have legs to climb that mountain in the morning.

Going to be bitter in the morning, sir. You're a tougher man than I am. Hope you get a Boone & Crockett, or Pope & Young, depending on weaponry carried.
Or maybe a Boone & Young. \:\)

Thank you BB. Would be a B&C while carrying the Marlin. Close encounter(20yds) on Dec 12 with him. Have missed only three days since then hoping to cross paths once more.

Not that tough..sometimes ya just gotta do what ya gotta do.

Hope all is well on your end.
