That is a fat doe, for sure. Congrats!
That being said, I can't believe you are going to turn the tenderloins and backstraps into jerky. There should be rule in the TWRA hunting guide against that!

Well, the loins will be used for poppers. The backs traps make some of the finest jerky you'll ever get. We just don't eat enuf deer steak around here, as we are not big on fried foods, and my wife doesn't care for it grilled.
