You guys better take note - it is the COMPROMISE gun crowd that will sell us out on stuff like this...
They shoot for the moon, then the weak-kneed "gun owners" cave in and give them *some* of that crap... like banning face-to-face private sales, etc.
NO COMPROMISE, PERIOD.
And all of you dang-well better be writing, emailing, and/or calling your elected representatives to make this known.

The Bill of Rights covers ALL Americans.
The Second Amendment is a part of the Bill of Rights, in fact it's the enforcement part of the Bill of Rights.
The Second Amendment is OUR right to bear arms and it covers all of OUR guns, it does not just cover MY rights and MY guns but OUR rights and OUR guns.
Those of you that are ok with any gun ban as long as it does not ban YOUR guns have no idea what the Second Amendment or ever the Bill of Rights stands for.

How is a thumb hole stock dangerous more dangerous than a regular stock? I'm scratching my head at that one...

The "thumb hole" was used to get around the ban on the Pistol Grip on the AR's in the last AR ban. A lot of AK's went to thump holes in their stocks.

It is a work around for an AR, takes the pistol grip off and makes it work.

Here is a analysis:
-There will be a single feature test. Basically if it has a pistol grip or thumbhole stock, it'll be banned. -If it holds more than ten rounds, from a fixed magazine or Otherwise, it'll be banned. -Grandfathering under the National Firearms Act only. In other words, Mr. and Mrs. America, You have to pay a $ 200 dollar tax per gun to register, and then NFA rules apply to transfer under the grandfathering. I guess she realizes Mr. and Mrs. America Are not going to turn them in anymore.
