why would you not?

i think that during anything other than bow season, it is required....as it should be, imo.

Yes unless you are covered under the landowner exemption. IMO its still a good idea to wear it even if you don't have to.

What dumbA$$ fires a rifle up into a tree while deer hunting! I always wear it when I'm not 30 feet off the ground. If I do get shot while on a 30-40' perch, it was my time to go anyway \:\)
