tried a weight loss thing on here last year and it didn't last long for most....me, well, it did last for me.....40 plus pounds worth.
Starting with a trainer on Jan. 3rd.....taking it to the next level for 2013......

Starting with a trainer on Jan. 3rd.....taking it to the next level for 2013......
I start training for a marathon January 15th or so.
