That is something I would have done!  good thing you and the gun are ok
I guess you could say I pulled a catman
And idk catchdog looks like it. I didn't pay much attention to them, I was actually following two deer that I couldn't tell what were. I ended up finding my buddy on a ridge 100 yards away. He said he didn't see me and neither did the deer (they were just little doe)

Is that coyote tracks going across it? Glad your ok!
They look more cat-like to me.... no claw marks if it was a canine track.... from what I can tell looking at the picture.
Glad you wasn't hurt MC, that could have been a hip replacement waiting to happen.
