I'm interested and may be able to offer up a bed or two when the time comes. I'm in Portland, 16 miles or so from there. There are two hotels on Hwy 52 as you come int town. Comfort Inn is newer and does have a lounge. There is also a hotel in whitehouse and in Franklin KY along with a super Walmart. Lafayette also has a super Walmart and a couple of motels.

I'm interested... see PM.
Oops, your PM's are full.
Provided it's on a weekend, I am interested in the hunt you're organizing. However I am especially interested if I could bring my dog.. a Labrador Retriever. She'll be a year old in March, and besides a waterfowl retriever, I'm looking forward to taking her to South Dakota pheasant hunting Oct. 2013.
I would love the opportunity to get her on a few preserve pheasant. Do you know if they would allow me to do that?
If not, I certainly understand. But if you can check and let know, I'd appreciate it.
Just FYI, if it makes any difference, I'd probably write about it.

Hey BigSatt, how about an update?
Spoke with Richard today.
We are definite on March 2nd.
I'll try to go through the thread this weekend and count up how many folks are for sure gonna hunt.
Everybody, start thinking about if you want to hunt the morning or the afternoon hunt.
I figure those that have the furthest drives would probably want to hunt the morning? Don't know.
I can hunt either/or since I live close. I'll probably be there the whole day anyway, since I want to meet as many of you as possible.
Also, we need to decide if we want to cook during the middle of the day. I can probably secure a grill.
I'll be back on here this weekend.
