BuckWild and I had this venison heart for breakfast. It was still warm when it went in the skillet. Saute'd it in garkic and butter. Good eatin', right there.
I saved a kidney for the weekly neighbor bar Offal dinner. -will post pics

Yep, that is some good stuff right there. I was really shocked last yr. when my son agreed to try both the heart and liver from the bucks I got last yr.
He is hooked, so much that he was studying the anatomy chart for shot placement, so as not to ruin either one. LOL
I told him not to worry about that, we'll eat around the holes. LOL
