I killed5 dove todY. They are clean. Now what?
Freeze? Soak in somehting? Baggie in Frig?
HELP!

Debone the breast meat. Find a stroganoff recipe that doesn't include "Cream of ...." soup
or
Google an "osso bucco" recipe, but substitute a bunch of whole dove breasts for the veal shank meat.
or
Go the "traditional" route....soak them in Italian dressing, wrap those female dogs in bacon, and grill till the bacon's done.

Put them in Italian Dressing for 24 hours.
Wrap in bacon and grill till the bacon is done, or just over done.
Enjoy.
If you are going to cook them later I normally just let them soak in saltwater overnight and throw them in a baggie and freeze them.
Friend at work said he freezes in Italian dressing but I have never tried that to see if it actually makes any difference.
