One thing I use to calm myself about it is this: if those dogs are always doing their thing, then the only thing not natural to the hunt is me. The deer know where the dogs are, and know when it is expected to hear them barking and when not. Same as the woodburning stove at the house. They get used to that which doesn't cause immediate spook.
That said, I would prefer complete silence, but aside from having a few thousand acres on a part of the map with no paved roads, we are kinda stuck. can the barking dogs help, probably not. Can they hurt, maybe, but probably not if they are always there doing their thing.

Sometimes good and sometimes bad!! Where i used to hunt, the barking dogs would give me a heads up when the deer were coming!! It never failed, 5mins after dogs barks, here came the deer! I hunt around neighborhoods and hear them all the time!!
