where can you get a duck stamp if the post office runs out?

i got mine at walmart. last year i got it at gander mtn

Buy it online from the AR Game and Fish. Their Guide says a hunter can use the confirmation number for the stamp for 45 days while the actual stamp is being mailed.

Stik... Walmart in Lenoir City is the only walmart that had them when I needed one and I called ALL the walmarts.
