I think all .223 ammo is boxer primed. All of the mil 5.56 ammo I have fired is boxer primed. As for removing, I couldn't tell you.

Lee universal depiming die to remove primers. Use your primer pocket uniforming tool to ream the crimp out. Load as normal.
