The wife took the kids shopping today so I started poking round in the freezer. Found our last bag of Softshell Crabs. Dang good...what she doesn't know won't hurt right?

Didn't take her long to discover they were missing. She said I wanted to cook them one day when the kids were at school(so they wouldn't eat them all). I told her that would have been a good idea, but mine was better. \:\)

My grand mother used to make them by the platter full (granddad was a shrimper), I can eat my weight in them. Shrimp too. \:D
