Yep, most retailers are on fairly thin margins. If you hear of some kind of "support Dick's" movement, like the Chick-fil-A thing, that would be different. But there won't be. Adios Dick's, you crossed the line. Remember, there are always consequences for your actions. I'm a member of a nationwide forum and I am sure I will see the same thinking there.
I doubt Dick's will even notice.
The heck they won't. This will cost them thousands of dollars.

I've no doubt their corporate offices have already determined that the loss of any business brought on by their decision not to sell AR-15's would be far less than the losses they would incur from possible boycotts by their many other sporting goods yuppie customers who dislike evil black rifles.

This could definitely be the case, I have spent most of my money over the years with them on fishing gear and exercise equipment.

Dicks is going to be tied up in court fighting Troy Industries over their decision to stop carrying modern sporting weapons. Unless they had some iron-clad lawyer-ese in their contract they're going to lose millions in court.

I never did receive and email back from customer service.
I hope they go out of business.

The last time I was in there before the shooting they had ALL of Troy Industries products on discount, they were selling them all out.
