Is there a way to upgrade a regular hunt/fish license to a sportsman license in the middle of the year?
For example, I want to go fishing in March, but don't have enough to buy a sportsman license at the time. Can I upgrade some time before deer season using my original purchase as credit on the sportsman license?

No. You would have the option of daily fishing licenses for your early fishing.
