3 TN Deer members walk into a bar with a bag containing 3 Buffalo balls. The balls are politely handed to the chef and beers are ordered. 2.5 beers later, the chef emerges from the kitchen with the following:
Tasted like beef with a hint of gaminess. Texture was that of grainer cuts of beef. -nothing wrong with it at all. He cooked it with onions and pepers and a red wine sauce.

Oh, and where did the nertz come from?
A pizzed off Bison... LOL
They were pretty dang good. Had several people in the bar give them a try and the results were all positive except one. Michelle our bartender ate it but had that "look" on her face...LoL
The 3rd member was RDWood...our hookup for all things Bison related.

We made the same observation. What can you conclude about a vacuum sealed bag that contains 3 buffalo balls?
