out of state license for military personnel

My cousin is on military leave and wants to duck hunt and deer hunt with me before he has to head back out the only problem is his drivers license is a Georgia so how do I go about getting him a Tennessee license and is it still free for him even if he's from out is state. Thanks ahead of time guys

as long as he has a copy of his military leave orders on him at the time he will be good to go, BUT he will still need the federal duck stamp attaCHED and signed by him.be sure they are active duty orders title 10 orders.

Correct, except there is no requirement for the federal duck stamp to be attached. It must be signed in ink across the face.

So would he just need his active duty leave papers only and no physical license from twra and a duck stamp
|
