if the person has no cell service to prove they checked in a deer they have why could the officer not use their radio to confirm that not all places have service so that would be a perfect way to get a ticket if you ask me unless the officer used a litlle common sense and said well lets go somewhere we have service but who knows guess thaat would depend on if they were in a good mood that day or not .there has to be some protection for the hunter here i would think
