From my understanding @ Center hill dam they will stretch chains and buoys across where the current "life jackets required beyond this point" signs are. TWRA has said they will not enforce this so that leaves it up to the US government to give me a ticket. Even further- my pops who is an old school 3 tour Vietnam vet who hates everyone and everything told me it is illegal for an American soldier to raise arms against an American citizen
I would like to believe that is true but under the current administration I wouldn't put it past some Army guy pointing a rifle at me cuz of a fishing hole, and thats very sad--

what are we gonna do for skipjack? try to find a spot to wet a line among everyone else who is trying to get them at the steam plant? Or just happen on a random school of them somewhere in the river?
edit - looks like you could still access below the lock?
still that cuts out a huge area of the best skipjack, rockfish, catfishing....
