Call 911 or the poaching hotline. Landowners can not be shooting hogs at night unless they obtain an exemption. Therefore, if it was done in the name of hog control, we would know whether or not the shooting was legally conducted.

i have sighted/check my rifles zero at night before on my farm. no law broken
Normal at my house. Put a shop light on the target 100 yards down range into the pond dam and fire away!
