I thought federal laws were supposed to be enforced?
And if they're bad laws, re-written?
But if a President can make up his own laws and/or selectively enforce existing by simply declaring his unconstitutional authority, isn't that the definition of a Dictator?

So the Feds will yield to state's rights on illegal drug use but not healthcare, abortion or Immigration. OK, Got it 
Obama picks and chooses which laws to enforce. we've known that since the immigration lawsuit against Arizona in 2009. Dictator...

I do not like Obama, but this I agree with him on. There are harder drugs out on the streets than marijuana.

But he sucks as a president and there are a ton of things he needs to be focusing on, I never thought about him being high all the time.
