Is you trophy rock not getting used by deer?
i had my Game cam on mine for a month try to see what time they are coming in to it.and the only thing i have been getting it tree rats and coons on the camera that using the trophy rick and that's it.
Is anyone else's trophy rock not getting used post it here. i never seen deer not using it every since i started using one.

In many areas, deer stop using salt once the weather cools in fall. Now some see usage all year, but again, in many locations salt usage is more a spring/summer thing.

I've never seen deer hit salt much after early September. About the time the bucks' antlers get hard, they stop hitting the salt.

I put one out by the creek in the summer and it was gone in a few weeks...

What BSK said . Usually as it gets colder they will slack off usage. Differs sometimes thought with individual deer. We have a lot of pics in the snow ! Also have video in Rutherford co in Jan with 3 bucks still with headgear taking turns licking ! Might have to do with them trying to "rebuild " after the rut ?

Imo trophy rocks sucks i have better luck with just a regular white salt lick like for horses. I'm not paying 20 dollars for a trophy rock they aren't worth it imo
