(D)imwits Ask For Delay to zerOcare Med Device Tax They Voted For In First Place

In a letter to Majority Leader Harry Reid, 18 Democrat senators and senators-elect have asked for “a delay in the implementation” of the Obamacare medical device tax. Like most of the significant tax increases in Obamacare, the medical device tax is scheduled to take effect on Jan. 1, 2013, conveniently after the 2012 presidential election.
Each of the 18 Democrat signatories voted for or supported Obamacare in the first place. And now they want a sweetheart exemption from one of its most onerous provisions. Even in Washington DC, that shows a lot of gall.

Their rationale? That the bill THEY love so much, is going to cost thousands of jobs.
Too late, suckers - OWN IT.

I don't know why they should worry about it.
Those "taxes on medical devices" will be added to the cost of the medical device and will be passed on to the customers. The only downside to that is that in this case the "customer" is ObamaCare itself.
So lets see if we get this right.
They are taxing the medical devices to use those taxes to pay for ObamaCare and at the same time they are passing the business expenses, which legally the tax is, on to the customer that pays the medical bills which in this case would be ObamaCare.
WOW those democrats sure are smart behind "closed, locked doors" where ObamaCare was written and passed.

They didn't realize it's bad. They are just tryi.g to exempt, delay or blame around the reality of their own incompetance.
Liberals do not and cannot "learn" anything negative about their own actions....ever

They didn't realize it's bad. They are just trying to exempt, delay or blame around the reality of their own incompetence.
You may have a point there.
They are indeed an incompetent bunch who never take responsibility.
Oh, Obama says the bad health care bill is Bush's fault, while Pelosi blames it on the Republican's (none of whom voted for it, not one). But I do recall Obama saying "I'll leave the details to Nancy".

Guys don't you know ever with this Obama and the democrats still win???
I talked about this yesterday with some friends and they have already been told it was put in there by REPUBLICANS. No mater the proof we show them they will ALWAYS beleive it to the end of their life.
