Oh, he's not only military, he's a Marine.
No help from Obama administration expected.

Guess the same thing could have happened had this Marine tried driving thru Chicago.
Shame.
Anyone else own a shotgun with only a 24" barrel? Most turkey guns? Don't go turkey hunting south of the border.

Meanwhile, this American Marine rots in a Mexican jail, month after month.
His only charge?
Having only a 24" barrel on his shotgun.
Had his shotgun barrel been 25" (or longer), he could not be detained under this charge.
More ironic, this Marine had declared and registered the shotgun with U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials on the U.S. side of the border before he crossed. After being told by U.S. agents the shotgun posed no problem, he was arrested by Mexican officials upon declaring it in his possession.

The ATF sends guns across the border, some of which are used to kill American citizens, and the Regime circles the wagons.
This guy pulls a bonehead stunt and the Regime turns their back on him.

And now we find out more why the Obama administration doesn't care about this Marine --- he's a Marine. The Marines don't like Obama. Neither do the Navy Seals. Neither do their families.
