I don't use Dale's very often, but when I buy it I get the low sodium version. The flavor isn't as over-powering, and the marinade process is slower (I think it says to use it for 30-60 minutes instead of 15, or something).

I basically only use it on chicken breasts when doing a quick grill job, so it takes a long time to go through a bottle.

I don't mind the flavor itself, it's just that most people turn it into an overpowering mess that makes you forget what you are eating.

I prefer Alegro because it is less salty and even with it I cut it by at least half and half with a can of beer.

Works good for jerky, but like previous post is way too salty using straight, I dilute mine 1 part Dales 2 parts water and dry season with Ms Dash spicy blend and jerky is very good.
