That sucks. I was interested to see how long it could live.

Curious though, what did you do with all the peppers? I can't imagine trying to use that many hot peppers

just dry em and save em, most of their use so far has gone to convincing coworkers to try them! $\:D$ worth growing em again!

I still want to use some of them to make an extract by soaking in grain alcohol for a while, then straining them out, and reducing the alcohol down to a very concentrated extract... now, I'm not sure what the use for that would be, I guess you could just put a drop of it in your pot of chili to add more kick. Would be nice for serving a spicy food like that to people where everyone has their own preferred level of heat... also I could put a few drops into a coworkers drink, but only if I was really that mean and they really deserved it! $;\)$

Not sure what else to do with it but I would like to add a little ghost chili flakes to a jerky marinade sometime. Just gotta go very very easy on it, because it overpowers everything that you add it to.

Oh and I don't always fish close to the truck. Might go 1/2 mile, or 3 miles, so nobody knows my spots
