I thought about this earlier while hunting. Im just wondering what would happen.

A hunter shoots and kills a doe during gun season in a Unit A or B county where there are no antlerless gun hunts, and then go ahead and checks it in..What would happen? I know it would be illegal, but when he checks it in,does the system red flag it and let the county officer know? Or say a hunter has killed his 3 bucks and checks in a 4th buck, would the system throw up a red flag on it too?? Im just curious as to how it works.

There are checks and balances in place in the system.

It's called an infraction report. The officers have the ability to review all infractions that occur.

I was looking thru the harvest reports and noticed a female bear was checked in at bark camp barrens. That seems to me to be a red flag!

My guess us the one from Natchez Trace isn't correct either. We'll get them fixed.
