Why is this in the Political Forum? Because HSBC bank intentionally allowed hundreds of Billions of dollars to be routed to Iran. Billions more from Mexican Drug Cartels got washed courtesy of this bank. There is more, much more, enough to get you truly angry.
If you or I did this, or any small part of it, we'd be in super max.

FoxNews and Fox Business news are blasting the DOJ for not putting HSBC people in jail. If you read the report, HSBC fired one person who actually stood and said this was illegal. As the media gets hold of the document, which has been available since late July, more will hit the airwaves. Reuters has a nice overview but the horrific details are in the report.

I'm pissed. I pay HSBC monthly for this computer I got from Best Buy. 18 months same as cash but still, had I known this..

Let me explain why I am so very angry.
American's have died in Irag and Afghanistan because of this bank. Civilians in London and Madrid and India. You and me, we'd be gone, our name and family ruined if we were guilty of this kind of illegal activity. They have a 5-year Deferred Prosecution Action, which means they don't straighten up, the Feds can institute criminal proceedings. Hopefully the outcry will be so loud something will happen.
