Nebraska put one simple exclusion in their no baiting to state it can not affect you from hunting your own property or property you have permission to hunt. I think it is a great addition to regulations and should be added to Tennessee's....

i would say if it were legal some smaller bucks would live to see another year as it would give the hunter time to look closer at a shooter or not rather than im gonna shoot it because if i dont someelse will i really dont care either way .i will still put out food plots
