i would say if it were legal some smaller bucks would live to see another year as it would give the hunter time to look closer at a shooter or not rather than im gonna shoot it because if i dont someelse will i really dont care either way .i will still put out food plots

What others do on their property should not affect the neighbors! Some peoples property is not even 200 yds. wide and this current law would keep that person from hunting their own land! I do not believe in baiting although I do put out a few different things for the wildlife during the deer off season. As far as baiting for the express reason to kill any animal, to me is not being ethical. If someone wanted to kill me and put out peanut brittle or german chocolate cake, then I'd be an easy target! \:\)
