I'm not sure how to update this thread but daisy is alive, safe, and in our care again. She was found several miles from our house and some couple was taking are of her. I would like to thank y'all for your prayers and give God all the credit and glory he deserves.
Sweet! Now to get her chipped for Christmas! 
Blasting out a couple miles shows she's not cut out as a survivalist, even though she's a pretty good escape artist.

According to a co-worker that volunteers for a local animal rescue your dog can be clipped for about $20.00.
