BTW, can have some caffeine, just not a lot of it . So probably depend on how much is in it.
I'm guessing I need/want to lose 40 more lbs. (remember I have already lost 40 on my own).
Wife wants to lose more than me.
Is this just the weight management ? Saw on Russ's site where he recommends the smart mix I believe for 2 weeks before trying the weight management program.

This is weight management, but it is based on the smart mix and supermix. You can do the nutrition and your wife can use the XM+ and weight management components.

We have NUMEROUS former Biggest Loser stars who are using Zija and sharing it all over the country after using Zija to lose the weight they REGAINED after the show and are now KEEPING IT OFF!
