You have to read the fine print on the warranty. What does it cover? What's excluded?

I had a similar choice in 2009. After watching YouTube videos
Of people driving their rangers into ponds and other abuse I decided to buy a new one. Good deals to be found when they try to make room form the next years models.

Sounds like a decent deal to me. I have one but its much older (2000). Got bout 400 hours on my 500 without any problems. If its still under warranty, I'd buy it.

Thats alot of hrs for a 2011. I have an 09 Rancher with 35hrs and 245 miles.

But as long as its stayed out of the water it should be good.

He putts around with his dog fooling with his cows. Not hard on it at all. If I had the money I would buy it from him with no second thoughts. He talk to his tax man last week and he can pay in $4000 to IRS or do some trading an get a new ranger. I remember when he bought it he payed he extra for the extended warranty. I can promise you it hasn't been in any ponds if you look inside his garage or at his SUV or his garage you will see how picky he is.

If it were me id buy i new one i am always weary about buying a used four wheelers or side by sides. If i were you id buy a new one and probably buy the 900 but that's just me. It does sound like a good deal but you just never know. And that is a pretty good amount of miles.

And that is a lot of miles but atleast on some four Wheeler's i have had the hours run up if you leave the key on. Id be more worried about the miles.
